The creation and running of code is protected by the first amendment.
Therefore, why should I be scared to use coinjoin? Anonymizing services are not outlawed or even identifiable by the chain analysis businesses. That's why they make a big stink of it, since they have no idea where the money comes from usually.
If anyone should be tough, it should be the exchanges. I don't mind them, anyway. They are like paper tigers.
