INGREDIENTS
half a cup of olive oil
half a cup of water
2 cups of sweet cassava starch
1 cup of sour cassava starch
1 teaspoon of baking powder
salt to taste
2 eggs
half a cup of crumbled feta cheese
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees. Grease a baking tray.
In a pan, heat the olive oil and water until it boils. In a large bowl, mix the sweet and sour cassava and salt.
Pour the water and olive oil mixture over the tapioca mixture and mix well until you obtain a homogeneous dough.
Add the eggs, crumbled feta cheese and baking powder to the dough and mix until well incorporated.
Using your hands, form small balls with the dough and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake the Greek cheese bread in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden.
