yes theres a setup cost for channels. i dont know exact formula but yeah the onchain part varies

hi there, its difficult to say whats going on as not a lot to go with , can you rule out some of the simple things. like can you confirm its not the internet connection, as in are you typing this question from the same device? have you tried restarting the device?

if you've only sent a couple thousand sats in you will need more to open a channel (minimum is 100,000)

Federations on Mutiny wallet - Questions

Here’s my guess. While the sats are with the federation they are ‘esats’ so my options are to convert back to lightning through opening a channel or try sending the sats to another federation first.
