Energy drinks are products that contain caffeine, sugar, citric acid, and other ingredients that stimulate the nervous system, many studies say that drinking them occasionally will not cause any health problems, but that excessive consumption will, such as heart problems, dental problems, dehydration, and many others.
I drink about 3 a week as they help me in some way to be somewhat more productive, but I'm seriously rethinking giving them up completely, what do you think about energy drinks and excess caffeine too? Have you had any problems or do you currently have a problem with the consumption of energy drinks or caffeine in general?
