hi.
when i first came to buying bitcoin or crypto i immediately noticed inside the internet that people had a plethora of ways and never seemed to run out of ways for me to part with my funds
not to be fud ish, but there are plenty of scams that people deploy.
i learned hard to watch after what i connected my metamask with the hard way.
after connecting to misleading sites my wallet got fished. i was suprised, but after about the third time i wisened up.
also watch out for fake help desks . posers on twitter who will respond to genuine tweets , with fake links to wallet drainers and scam telegrams, all of which employ different tactics to talk you into giving them information.
the sad thing about web3 is that there ARENT many help desks. and fake imposters are filling that gap .
anyway, always remain vigilant, never give it out, if someone were to ask you for your 12 word seed phrase. dont click random links and dont connect your wallets to flimsy fakerandom sites -- that is if you dont wish to loose funds.
we all learn these things.
