I need to do a full breakdown of the two bills this weekend to fully explain what this legislation encompasses. Out of all the legislative ideas we have seen these are the best bills moving towards this vote. Now its going to die in the Senate but more importantly its going to push the Senate to do something to prevent the slight Dem majority from losing said majority.
