They provide absolutely no explanation how/where they look for comments, as in what distinguishes a comment under damus.io from any other nostr event.
I agree this was a bit of a puzzle for me too. Eventually, I realized that the blog post had appeared on my Damus home page, after creating an account via the iOS app, which, I assume, auto-subscribed me to it...
