Phoenix. I know if the company behind phoenix goes away, I'll still have my Bitcoin. I'll just have to transfer to a new wallet to use lightning.
If I knew how to use my own lightning node and connect it to a mobile app though, I would do that instead.
Phoenix is a very cool wallet. :)
