Yes.. Met a karate black belt few weeks back, and as per him my form is far away from the mark. knees were a couple inch forward and back was not straight enough.
Now doing the stance sideways of a mirror so I can see better. clocked 3m with right form yesterday and today. Pain is far worse than when i clocked 5min with wrong form. :)

I was held up with some urgent work and couldn't make it.
The event was apparently a national level competition with all the top climbers from all over india.
Will do it next year.
