I suspect binance is going to help them with their CBDC and regulation of cryptocurrencies and Bitcoin.

Since they are operating on CFA (currency ran by Paris) he knows, he has no power at all until he transitions to the neutral network and currency. Hopefully they will manage to make a transition and run away from colonial power. I would not be surprised if he will be attacked in one way or the other.
