AI cant do some of these mechanical things.
They already have automation where it can be.
This economy is in for a shock if it cant find the right people to man these jobs.
Correct, but the U. S. has way more service jobs, where AI can easily replace many millions.
I wouldnt want them to replace the guys working on a nuclear sub.
I actually just had an incident at work.
The tank filled up to 100%, then it went over 100% and the computer read it as 0% and opened a valve to flood the tank over.
Even with AI, stuff happens.
Sorry we will soon have autonomous subs, surface vessels and fighter/bomber aircraft.
