You mean kinds? Tai Chi is movement meditation, sometimes guided imagery when with a mentor, but mostly deep breathing mind-clearing and what they now call mindfulness.

Tai Chi. Very spiritual! Definitely meditate and teach it to my ADHD son. It helps to have and use tools.
