Overview of the OceanSea app & the Fatcrab trade engine
- n3xB is an in-development open protocol for creating P2P Bitcoin exchanges & order book on top of Nostr. Think n3xB is to Coinbase, as Nostr is to Twitter.
- Fatcrab is a fictional sh!t coin simulating fiat, with a website simulating an online bank.
- Fatcrab trade engine is built with Rust on top of the n3xB protocol library to facilitate trading between Fatcrab and testnet/signet Bitcoin.
- OceanSea is an App built with Swift and compiled so far for macOS to provide a demo UX for using the Fatcrab trade engine.

Want to add that the idea here is to hope to have others build on top of n3xB, like how there is Damus, Amethyst and Alby being built on top of Nostr. Why Fatcrab trade engine and the OceanSea app are example implementations.

This is awesome! An open source decentralized exchange protocol built on top of nostr to provide fiat on/off ramps. Exactly what we need to help adoption and fight centralization of fiat ramps.
That fatcrab demo app built on the protocol is a nice touch haha.
