  2. Like you say, building good habits helps. I also find that planning one thing to tackle every day helps me to bite the proverbial elephant, one bite at a time. Also, breaking down a task into small bits so that I don’t feel overwhelmed and can score easy wins by accomplishing the small bits systematically.
