What are banker's checks considered, then? If not debt instruments? Gold?

funny coz money orders, gold and silver, by law, are real money, but federal reserve notes are not, are debt certificates

Today, I filed and sent out a request for overseas U.S citizen for the CRBC, if this is correct. I should then get numbers like that indicated on the regular birth certificates?

They charge $50 and ONLY accept money order!! How corrupt can you get? They won't accept personal checks but take banker's checks. 🤣
