Btw, do you know how to do this, or is it just going to be random?

One could collect measurements of the time you hit reply vs the timestamp that shows up to find out how early you need to be but there is 

 so I think it would still be mostly random.

One could collect measurements of the time you hit reply vs the timestamp that shows up to find out how early you need to be but there is [jitter](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jitter), [clock skew](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Clock_skew) and [drift](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Clock_drift) so I think it would still be mostly random.
