I don't know, but based on my observation they seem to be active at 4am CEST and prefer transactions with a size of 10 million satoshis (or multiples). I'd say it's very custom, possibly home-made.

I assume a closed source script. There is a lot of proprietaryness in knowledge about channel opening/closing/balancing for maximum profit.
