I agree with your point. That was technically a tie. So there were three tie matches in last 10 games

In t20's there are no ties. There's always a tie-breaker with super over.
The tie everyone is talking about is the no result games where match couldn't be completed because of bad weather/rain therefore, they're declared as no results or match abandoned and both teams get 1 point each.

Not sure I quite understand? A no result should be treated as such and wouldn’t count towards an elimination would it?
