Any rain affected game doesn't get counted for the pool. All predictions are cancelled because the game is not completed. This pool only counts when a game is finished with a result.

Opinion about pool elimination?

In cricket games are not tied, except the rain affected matches and that too if they don't get strated or a certain amount of overs are not bowled & Duckworth & Lewis method has not come into effect. 

Therefore, One shouldn't be eliminated or get a strike for a match that doesn't finish like rain affected match.
