Doesn't matter how much you trust Adobe. Those Terms of Service are utterly unacceptable. For example, anyone who does NDA work simply can't agree to them and keep Adobe products affected by it. You're allowing Adobe to violate the NDA, which you obviously can't do.

I'm so done with Adobe! Their product is overpriced, and it isn't intuitive for the end users. I've been using Davinci for a few months now and I really like it.

I am glad that I removed all traces of their products a long time ago.
There suite was pretty good, but just not worth it.
