Just received the Futurebit mining rig and was contemplating whether or not to join a pool (slushpool) or take the gamble on solo mining. Does anyone have any stories of winning the solo mining lottery?

Considering you will never reach ROI with Futurebit, might as well go for solo. This year 2 solo miners found a block, both on ckpool.
