No, I didn't like the ending, but my wording was ambiguous.
I thought the last two seasons were much less interesting than the rest of the show, although the second-to-last season was still quite entertaining.

I had to watch the series twice, and I was really hooked until the penultimate season, including almost all the episodes of the last one, but I didn't want to see the end again, I literally only needed to see the last one. I'm still waiting for the books, I want to erase that ending from my mind and give him a decent one

It is better to watch the movie or series and then read the books and not the other way around, I happen with the da Vinci code, I read the book first and then with the movie I fell asleep; It was the same with the Hobbit, I read the book and then at the cinema I was a little disappointed
