Please be more specific, ask for which applications and I will try to give you what equivalent there is on Android. Typically the biggest hurdle is to export all passwords. You are probably using the default keychain on IOS. To export you either need a Mac or to do it manually: https://www.igeeksblog.com/how-to-export-passwords-from-icloud-keychain/#export-icloud-keychain-from-iphone-ipad

I did it manually for my wife because she had the same password for all websites so it was easy.

The second hurdle typically is pictures and other files, you will have to save it somewhere. In my case I used Icloud and exported with a computer. The default setting is to save it to ICloud so maybe you will just have to copy it.

Actually those two things are not an issue for me. I self host that stuff already.

I was thinking more about hardware. Go with a pixel and a google tablet and change the OS?

Definitely yes. It may not be exhaustive but the manufacturers I tried in the past are Asus, Samsung, Google, Xiaomi, Sony, Huawei, Lenovo (and Apple). Samsung has good hardware like Apple and is compatible generally with Lineage OS, Asus as well but hardware is crap, Xiaomi and Huawei is like Apple for Android, worst ever not recommended, Sony not sure it was only at work for test but the hardware is ok and they try to let people hack around, Lenovo hardware is crap, Asus is good as long as you pay the price however there are few phones compatible with Lineage OS. We come back to Pixel, the battery is not great but the hardware is good. My Pixel 4 fell in the toilet but still works, and similarly my Pixel 6 still works after more than 1 year, so I would say the hardware is good. And according to other people Pixel 8 has a camera as good as IPhones. At least for the Pixel 6 the battery was slightly better than batteries on IPhones. If you have a bank app you must use definitely go with Pixel and install on it GrapheneOS!
