If you've ever tried searching for Bitcoin price info or wanted to see how much bitcoin converts to your local currency, chances are you've landed on the site of a major crypto exchange like Coinbase or Kraken, or a poisonous rattlesnake den like CoinGecko.
Sure, these sites do a fine job at providing the info you're looking for, right before trying to sell you NFTs and dog tokens..
The page linked at the bottom is our humble attempt to compete as a Bitcoin-only company with the crypto exchange mafia that utterly dominate the search engine results pages for anything bitcoin price related.
So far it's working, too, and the page ranks in the top 10 for a dozen or more decent volume queries from Google. As a Bitcoin-only company, this should be case. We provide better info than a shitcoin exchange selling hundreds if not thousands of other tokens like cumrocket and bonk token, but it's an uphill battle.
The page is geared towards Canadians and provides:
  • A price chart with 13 years of Bitcoin price history
  • Converter for BTC to CAD and vice versa
  • Lots of Bitcoin education and some fun data / stats
Feel free to give your feedback on the page - the goal is to provide the people finding the page (most likely newbies) with the best info and intro to Bitcoin.
Thanks for sharing, I really like the UI/UX. Is there a way to add more currencies and have the default be Canadian? That would be pretty cool!

Thank you! We could add more currencies through the Newhedge API when the time comes, but for now we are focused on Canada

I prefer logarithmic scale to view the price chart. I've been using TradingView for years.
