Makes sense, surveillance is data/observations/evidence designed to make us non-fungible, create a centralized system of automated valuation of humans--hence the direct link to "social credit scores." That's not to say that sharing observations voluntarily has no value at all, though. Sorry for using the buzzword "centralized," kind of dislike that, but ah well.
