The block-size civil war has long been over and buried. Initial uncertainty on the viability of L2 solutions did cause alternative proposals as "Bitcoin Cash" to be serious contenders. But time proved alternatives as Bitcoin Cash fundamentally flawed in technical and economical terms, while Lightning was a technical and economical success. It's done, it's over. The only ones still war-mongering from BCH are the ones who are vested in it and need to lure in fresh victims.
