I have these claims but don't believe they are plausible. Right now, it's Nato that's launching attacks on Russian soil, not the other way around. Also, remember that both parties had reached a deal two months after the war started and Nato (us/uk) undermined it.

That's correct, Russia has done horrible things in Eastern Europe, (in Africa too) but this does not apply to the current context. I honestly see how we can justify the current events with these historical facts, but maybe you can elaborate on that a bit more?
Most of the events were Soviet Union which dissolved in 1991 but the Berlin Wall fell in 1989.
