It's important that production is geographically spread out from a network security standpoint in my opinion. Totally agree, seeing the development around the MDK is really cool

I really want way more Bitmain competition. I would like to see more development on the MDK (Mining Development Kit) & the BlockDAG side of things.

Relying on the Chinese for everything is not a good idea. I understand there is Whatsminer - but I don't think they are positioned to keep up as well with the current Bitmain offerings.
