What do you all think of this?
I can't even remember where I heard it, but I'd believe it in a heartbeat. This Soviet sponsored anti-nuclear propaganda was apparently designed to help their energy industry withh new customers.
Seems like it worked out great for the former USSR, Germany is shutting down (or has already shut down?) their nuclear power plants.
Of course they did this, and also Russia did and still do afterwards. Not only sponsoring protests, also lobbying / corrupting politicians. Why do you think various politicians and multiple countries after end of political career got good paying high management jobs in Russian companies, for example?

Interesting, I didn't know about the politicians getting jobs with Russian companies.
Really makes you thinkg - how much corruption is out there?
I was at an airport recently, where they have water bottle filling stations. But ALL of the ones that I found (3 out of 3, I went looking) were "out of service". My suspicious mind goes immediately to the idea that the many chain stores that are selling water (among other things) collude to make sure the water bottle filling stations stay shut down.
