I wonder why your friend is with that person, and what they are getting out of ther relationship that keeps them in it.

I sincerely believe that it is impossible, science affirms that narcissistic personality disorder has no proven cure, I do not believe that your friend will find the cure for narcissism through her partner.

I don't think it is possible. 

My best friend is in a relationship with a very strong narcissistic personality and she thinks she could make him change. I'm aware that she is blind because of her passion for him, but how can she be so naive and believe that she is going to change the narcissist? 

It is a mission impossible!
