Looking back in history, it really feels like a repeat of bull. I try to find clues to find freedom, but it really gets simpler as I go. The U.S. Constitution literally complicates it or rather congress.
who was Chief Hurao? [1] [2] [3] [4] [5]
I found the wall of bill of rights..I didn't bother to take a picture of those rights because it was blank. The sick irony of this is displayed in the Guam Judicial courthouse.
I did however sneak into a courtroom on the third floor and took photos.. Be mindful it was not in session and the lights are off. No one there knows nothing about turning the lights in the courtroom and said I should make an appointment to see it with the lights. What are they hiding? It made me wonder more. If you've worked in the stupid courthouse, surely you know where all the light switches are.
Came across this warning-wasn't sure about grand jury but took a pic regardless

Hurao is one of the most celebrated Chamorro/CHamoru chiefs in Guam's history. He was a Hagåtña Chamorri (high caste) in the late 1600's
