We had a lot of great responses to yesterday's poll regarding a second half MLB pool but we did not achieve a consensus. The similar pool until end of season and shorter pool were tied for the most votes.

Considering we have tie. I will break the tie and select a shorter pool. I am really hoping that the NFL survivor pool will be bigger this year than last year and I want to focus on that come September so it would be great if the MLB pool was wrapped up prior to the NFL Survivor pool starting. I will still plan to do a contest for MLB playoffs this year as well.

Second half MLB pool will start with the weekend series after the all star break and run until the last week of August, which will be 7 weeks of picks. I will sort out the rules in the coming weeks and update everyone the week before.

Thanks to everyone who voted. I will likely be polling the community again regarding rules for the pool as we get closer.
