bitcoin will inherently move local --there is no need for a "should" or a "must" stay local. if bitcoin succeeds as a decentralized protocol then the absolute best form of decentralization is localism and if it doesn't empower localism then it most likely also failed to stay decentralized in terms of ownership and governance
