I like that, people want to add value of some kind to the economy. Watching TV, playing games, etc - isn't progressing civilization forward.

I, too, think people will work less, 20 h / week sounds about right for the nearest future. But eventually that will drop further, and there will be a general trend towards a gig economy.

People will also retire earlier, but when we work less and enjoy it more, we may just not  want to retire.

I see the future of work as monetizing what we enjoy - our hobbies and passions.
