I think it’s a good move to consider yellow/red cards. It should make to think twice before protesting in a match.

My only doubt would be whether referees will consider Slovenian equal than German , English or Spanish to show the cards.

Several times we see referees more tolerant to top players/teams in comparison to humble ones.
