Last week, Julian Assange was freed and the Chevron doctrine was overturned. These are huge wins for liberty. Not long ago, they felt completely out of reach.
I agree, there is reason for optimism but not apathy.
The end of the Chevron doctrine is huge because most laws and regulations are written by regulators not Congress
We live a world where legislators don’t legislate.
Hopefully this decision will be a huge step in the right direction
huge win for liberty , but should not have been prosecuted in the first place.
That's the perverse part of the process. You have to have an abuse of power first, in order to challenge it in court later.
