You could always place some of your own offers.
There's also bisq and hodlhodl which apparently have LN now.
The other way is to get into USDT first. Then you have access to a world wide market place. I wouldn't hold it for too long though

I've acted as maker a few times, but never found takers. I have a pending one now, that I've promoted in a crypto chat group I'm part of, but those shitcoiners don't know know what a LN wallet is~~
