I never used or was interested in AI tools until I read this post and the comments and then a few weeks later my friend told me she and her husband use ChatGPT on their iPhones.

Her husband is a music teacher and plays in a band, jazz musician. He used it to update his webpage and bio and chatGPT generated a better version of the bio he wrote.

I installed chatGPT and was off to the amateur races.

I use perplexity and Venice.ai

Venice is my favorite so far but perplexity has a free unlimited version and a mobile app

I use both for research and to summarize articles. I'm a slow reader so the summaries help me cover a lot of mini topics. I hate using search engines now. I am not a researcher in academia or industry. This is all personal interest, i.e. dopamine addict wasting his time lol
