The issue with this is going to be getting 2/3 even in the House. Dem's have to tread carefully with how vulnerable President Biden has appeared in addressing the Nation recently. Unless he steps back this week and says he isn't going to run for reelection it is a lot harder for the Dem's to override a Presidental veto. It would only further embolden Trump and reinvigorate the GOP while harming the Dem base.
