Presidents already have full immunity for the crimes they commit all around the world, slauthering civilians and throwing survivors in the hands of radical groups, perpetuating the cycle of death. To fuel its war machine, America needs to manufacture new vilains, support them (e.g., Sadam Hussein, Talibans...) before fighting them and justify never ending war spending and the racket of the American people
