Why don't countries fear that a 'New colonialism' is on its way. New colonialism, a modern one, whereby a more powerful country won't come to rule over the people but it will impact by manipulating those who are sitting in power. I don't understand why do Germany need to deploy such weapons inside its territory?

germany is still an occupied country. i don't know exactly how many american soldiers are stationed there, but i think there are more than 30,000. this country is militarily a toothless tiger and has completely taken itself out of the game geopolitically since the war against its own automobile industry and against nuclear energy.
