I wish there were an obvious consensus rule change we could do to value higher fee blocks with many transactions over smaller blocks with slightly more PoW/difficulty. Hard to know how to tweak the weights without it backfiring though, enabling even easier attacks.
In my opinion the fair value of BTC is around $4,000. The speculation is way ahead of adoption.
