This looks strictly related to statements they made about insured deposits and not the business itself (which is what I immediately thought).
We hereby demand that you cease and desist, and take immediate corrective action to address these false and misleading statements [regarding FTX US's deposit insurance status].

In a tweet that has since been deleted, FTX US President Brett Harrison said that any direct deposits from employers to FTX US would be stored in FDIC-insured bank accounts.
