The French Football Federation has reportedly lodged a complaint with FIFA following chants by Argentine players directed at the French national team.

This came after Argentina won the Copa America by defeating Colombia in the final match.

The chants, sung by Enzo Fernandez on Instagram, included mocking references to French players' origins, particularly Kylian Mbappe, after France's loss in the 2022 World Cup final.

French media, citing AFP via L'Equipe, stated that the French Federation urged FIFA to investigate and take measures to curb such chants targeting French players.
