It is. The Danube is the main one , the other two join at Passau. Each one has its own colour.

Took a hydrofoil cruise from Vienna to Budapest once. Saw Bratislava on the way. Gorgeous and powerful river.

Indeed there was river cruise at Passau when we visited. It looked great and gave me an idea for a future trip. Was it fun your cruise? There are so many great cities around that area.

The cruise was too short, like 4 hours. We took Hydrofoil to Budapest, and train back to Vienna on a four day weekend. Budapest was AMAZING! Vienna is one of my fave cities, so clean, great wine, food, coffee, and culture.

Budapest is on my list to visit! Vienna definitely a great place. You can see how important was not long ago.
