I think it's already available in 190 countries... it only excludes China, Crimea, North Korea, Russia, and Syria. Not much verticals to address, other than increase there reach in existing countries. It's very big here in Korea already.
It's definitely correlated. I remember reading most consumer categories (eg nike) are taking a hit so it might not be related. If the decline is caused by password sharing crackdowns though, then this might be affecting people a lot like DRM did.
They need to enter new verticals, and try to enter new markets (Africa, Eastern Europe and Asia).
Maybe make a $5/mo equivalent version or something...

Yes, but only the poeple that pay for their service can now watch it. Eventually, people that need it will sign up.
