I personally believe that China was the first to adopt covid in such an attempt. Then, there was rest of world which initially did not understand why such a pandemic hit the world so suddenly. Not only Germany but all of the developed world failed to handle it for a disaster. Instead the state took it as a blessing in disguise and crushed the resistance with lockdowns. However, these revelations from everywhere have been forming a new resistance and this time the state can't escape!
