legislation that would require the Federal Reserve to hold some bitcoin as a strategic reserve asset
I'm like a broken record on this issue -- and my take is not unique, but I'm firmly convinced this will eventually become a reality. Its very good for the balance sheet of the Fed to have an asset that inflates forever.
The problem the Fed has now is nearly every other asset they have is debt-backed, so it all becomes a black hole of sorts. In theory they do have Gold but they must value that gold at $42.2222 per oz due to a short-sighted law.

OMG! Lummis would steal the show if she does as speculations are running wild!
Interesting how individual states are wanting to get into bitcoin.
It was only a matter of time before this happened.
Agreed game theory says they would like to get in before they get screwed by the other guy😭😭
Well, it is probably better to get in while the price is still low.
If Jeff booth is right. We are so early 😶🌫️
I thought this was supposed to be a Trump talking point.
That would be great! If this bill gets accepted, America would lead the other countries to follow up with the same and It will be good for Bitcoin.
