Catholicism/Christianity have lost power and, above all, respect. As @simplestaker says, there are only a couple of religions that we have to be aware of their reactions. I am not religious or a believer, and I find the abuses, murders and aberrations committed in the name of a God absurd. Personally, I am not offended by the scene of the last supper, but I do find it disturbing and disturbing to see those people with that appearance.
Ironically, thank God the Holy Inquisition is over.

I don’t think you have to be religious to find it off putting to mock a specific religion during a celebration of global sport.

I was just in X and saw this video. What's happening to France? First the left wins, the disastrous show at the Olympics and now this.

Amy Wax:
“Why are successful, peaceful, orderly, prosperous, technologically advanced, democratically sound countries so rare and so few, and why do they clump up in one tiny corner of the globe, namely Europe, the Anglosphere? We also have Japan, which is a wonder, I think, in many ways, a very admirable country. Perhaps Taiwan. And why is the rest of the world essentially consisting of, in various degrees, failed states? Why do we have a post-Enlightenment portion of the world and a pre-Enlightenment portion of the world? And I guess, to be really crude about it, you would use Trump’s succinct phrase: Why are there so many shithole countries? Of course the moment you say that, people just get outraged: Oh, my God, you are a racist for saying that. And that, of course, lets them off the hook; they don’t have to answer the question, which is convenient."
Exactly, something totally out of place in an environment that has nothing to do with it. It's a sporting event, not a parody.

I'll be honest, I didn't see the show, I've only seen those images and it's more than enough to not want to watch it.

One reason for the Spanish Inquisition was to expel the Moors who conquered Spain and Portugal in 720.
Or as George Costanza would say, the Moops!
