Zelle is only available in the U.S. Revolut is available in much of Europe (EEA) plus six countries outside of Europe.

The reason that bitcoin sellers like to use Zelle is because it is fairly difficult for the payment to be reversed. A seller that has a Revolut Personal account is told that a payment cannot be reversed:

  1. You can’t cancel a payment after it is made. This means that you can't cancel any payment which you ask us to make instantly (like an Instant Transfer or a currency exchange).

In practice, if there is "unauthorized use" / fraud there are reports of sellers having their account frozed, and funds returned to the buyer.

A seller that has a Revolut Business account or a Revolut Pro that can find payments receveived be reversed, according to Revolut's terms of service.

8.) Even authorised Transactions may be subject to a dispute by a Customer, or otherwise reversed. We are not responsible for, or liable to you, for any Transaction which is later the subject of a dispute, refund, chargeback, other reversal or which is otherwise submitted without authorisation or proper basis. Rather, you are responsible to us for these things.
