You can’t cancel a payment after it is made. This means that you can't cancel any payment which you ask us to make instantly (like an Instant Transfer or a currency exchange).
In practice, if there is "unauthorized use" / fraud there are reports of sellers having their account frozed, and funds returned to the buyer.
A seller that has a Revolut Business account or a Revolut Pro that can find payments receveived be reversed, according to Revolut's terms of service.
